CLIENT INTAKE FORM

At T.H.E. Portrait Studio369, we have session in Augusta GA, Evans GA, North Augusta, Aiken SC, and the CSRA, every session is thoughtfully designed and highly personalized. To ensure an exceptional experience, all clients are required to complete a Client Intake Form prior to their session. This form allows us to understand your vision, aesthetic preferences, and personal details in advance, enabling us to curate lighting, styling, posing, and creative direction with intention and precision. Each response plays a vital role in crafting portraits that are refined, confident, and unmistakably you. Completing the intake form ensures your session flows effortlessly—from the moment you arrive to the final presentation of your images. It also allows us to maintain the elevated standard of service our clients expect and deserve.

All information provided is handled with the utmost discretion and is used exclusively to enhance your experience.

Please note: Sessions are confirmed only after the intake form has been completed. We recommend submitting the form no later than 48 hours prior to your session to allow for full creative preparation.

The answers to your questions?
Do you travel?
We can and would love to travel to your stomping grounds. Please keep in mind that extra costs are incurred and your session would need to be booked at least 2 to 3 months in advance.
Are payment plans available?
Yes, we offer payment plans for the Branding Sessions. Please contact our studio to learn more about installment options. Keep in mind, if you are using a payment plan, it must be completed before your session.

Can I include my team or business partner in the session?
Yes you can but there are additional fees associated (photography, fashion styling, hair, makeup). Our packages are for 1 person only. Please let us know if you'd like to add any additional members and we will be happy to provide a quote for you.
How far in advance should I book?
We typically prefer clients to book 2-3 months in advance. Keep in mind, if you are using a payment plan, it must be completed before your session.
How many images will I receive?
The number of images depends on your selected session. You’ll receive a professionally edited gallery with the option to purchase additional images.
Do you have a studio?
No, I don't have a studio. Many branding photographers do not have a studio so you will need to rent a space or shoot at your own space. These are things you should keep in mind when you’re looking at your budget. I do not have a studio because many of my clients have specific brand aesthetics that they want to match. That being said, you also want a photographer that can review your space first - to see if it is possible to shoot at. Sometimes your home office or regular space will work with just a few styling changes.
